Digital Products (ebooks, meditations, downloads, etc.)
Due to the instant and irrevocable access to our digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing. If you experience any technical issues with a download, please contact us, and we’ll ensure you receive the product you paid for.
Coaching Services & Programs
We believe in the power of our coaching containers to create profound healing and alignment. However, we understand that life circumstances vary. Here's how we handle coaching service refunds:

You may request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

Before processing any refund, we require a conversation via phone or video call to understand your experience and explore how we can support you in staying the course.

Our intention is not to pressure but to ensure you’ve received the clarity and guidance needed to fully engage with the work.

If, after the conversation, you still choose to withdraw, a partial refund may be issued, minus the value of any sessions already used and a non-refundable administrative fee of $150 to cover onboarding and resources.
